Our products are proudly manufactured in the USA. We manufacture all our formulations in an FDA-registered facility to ensure the most stringent quality and safety standards. Our manufacturing facility’s management system is certified by UL with regard to FDA Cosmetic Guidance, ISO 22716, and ANSI 455-3 (applicable to cosmetic products only; OTC sunscreen products are not within the scope of this certification).
Our premium raw materials are meticulously sourced from top-tier suppliers across the USA and the European Union. The entire compounding, production, and bottling process is completed domestically within our US facility. Furthermore, our outer cartons are produced right here in the USA by a specialized packaging partner utilizing sustainable printing processes.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our specialized, climate-controlled 3PL skincare warehouse located in the United States to ensure optimal product freshness and integrity.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days for most locations across the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to both the United States and Canada. For our Canadian customers, orders are shipped via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring a seamless delivery with no surprise fees.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent the moment your package ships. You can also log into your account at any time to view your live order status.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Our products are never tested on animals. At Recelfa Ross (RCR Skincare), we firmly believe that premium beauty should always be 100% cruelty-free.
