RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at RECELFA ROSS (RCR SKINCARE), a proprietary consumer brand owned and operated by Radiant Visage Essentials Inc. We stand behind the clinical efficacy of our formulations and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Because our premium skincare products are highly active personal care formulations, we must enforce strict safety and hygiene protocols. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original protective seals intact, and in its original premium packaging.

2. HYGIENE, SAFETY & FDA COMPLIANCE RESTRICTIONS

Due to strict public health, hygiene, and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance standards for topical cosmetic formulas, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Broken Seals: If the tamper-evident shrink wrap, box seal, or pump seal has been broken, the item is automatically disqualified from receiving a refund or return approval.

  • Skin Compatibility & Results: We do not offer refunds if you simply dislike the scent, texture, or individual skin feel of the formulation. Skincare results vary naturally by individual skin chemistry.

  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact our support team at support@recelfaross.com with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery for further assistance.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at support@recelfaross.com.

  • Request: Email us your Order Number and the specific reason for the return.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the designated shipping address of our US 3PL fulfillment hub.

  • Dispatch: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will strictly not be accepted.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@recelfaross.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To expedite your claim for a damaged item, please provide:

  • Your official Order Number (e.g., #RSR1001)

  • High-resolution photographs or a short video showing the damaged component, broken glass, or leaking fluid.

Once verified by our quality assurance team, we will ship out a brand-new replacement bottle or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method at absolutely zero extra cost to you.

5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • For Damaged/Incorrect Items: RECELFA ROSS (RCR SKINCARE) will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a direct replacement.

  • For Buyer's Remorse (Unopened Items): If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and routing the package back to our designated US warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our US warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its seal condition.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
