Shipping & Handling Information

US Shipping We offer standard trackable shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Every order is meticulously packed and dispatched from our dedicated temperature-controlled skincare warehouse in New Jersey, ensuring your products arrive in pristine condition. Once your package is retrieved by the carrier, delivery will generally occur within 2-4 business days.

Expedited 2-Day delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders placed with expedited shipping are processed within 1 business day. Once picked up from our facility, these packages should arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Friday will likely not ship out until the following Monday.

Shipping to Canada (DDP) We are proud to offer global delivery to Canada. To provide you with a seamless and premium experience, all Canadian orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means that all applicable customs, duties, and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout. You will not face any extra fees or surprise charges upon delivery—what you pay at checkout is final.

Similar to our US shipments, Canadian orders are processed within 1-3 business days and securely dispatched from our temperature-controlled New Jersey facility.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Trackable Shipping (2-4 Days): Rates and complimentary shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your location. (Please note: Complimentary standard shipping is not valid for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.)

  • Expedited 2-Day Shipping: Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only be sent via Expedited Shipping.

Order Disclaimers & Delays While we strive for prompt delivery, it is possible for any shipment to be subject to transit delays by the carrier.

  • Please make sure to provide accurate shipping address information to prevent any delays or mis-delivery issues.

  • We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order.

  • We cannot assume responsibility for orders or items lost in transit, damaged, delayed by the carrier, or stolen after delivery.

  • The option to add a signature requirement upon delivery is available at checkout for any order. We do not add this automatically; it is solely at the discretion of the customer.

P.O. Boxes At this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout to ensure the successful delivery of your skincare order.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

We are unable to ship to other international destinations, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or Freight Forwarding Companies. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled. If for any reason an order does process to a freight forwarding company or third-party shipper, our brand is not responsible for any issues once the package arrives at that initial destination. This includes damage to items, missing items, defects, or material differences. Please contact your freight forwarder or third-party shipper directly with any concerns.
